An old adage says that “Not all donuts succeed with a hole”, but luckily there are many foods with a hole that succeed very well, such as our ossobuco & risotto.

Our meals are prepared with the attention of those who, for years, have thought of food as a source of pleasure, as well as nourishment; the Italian culinary tradition and the desire to experiment with innovative ideas allow us to enhance the taste of the meats & vegetables we use.
